A4 poster printing is available onto a choice of 170gsm uncoated or coated paper stock as standard. We can also offer many other material options on request. A4 posters are printed using a digital or lithographic process depending on quantity.
Choice Of Paper Types
We offer printing onto a a choice of uncoated or coated paper depending on your preference.
Coated Paper
Coated paper is made by applying an agent to the surface that improves whiteness and fills any small pits in the natural fibres of the paper. The surface of coated paper has a smooth satin finish. Coated paper is the most popular type of paper we use for poster printing and provides strong colour with sharp printed detail.
Uncoated Paper
Uncoated paper is rougher in finish and more porous so it is more absorbent. Images printed onto uncoated paper will generally appear softer and less crisp. Uncoated paper is best suited for posters that may need to be written on as ink will absorb and dry easier without smudging.
Digital & Litho Printing
Using either digital or offset lithographic process printing allows us to cater for small or large runs of printed posters.
You can order as little as 10 printed posters per design without any costly set up fees.
We offer fast production in around 2 working days for either printing process from sign off of your artwork proof.
