Graphic Design Support Options

We provide two types of artwork design services: simple artwork re-setting or concept design.

This allows our designers to offer support whether our customers already have some idea of the design that they are aiming for or if they require support from the very start of the process.

Basic Graphic Design / Artwork Re-setting

Our basic graphic design service is intended for customers who already have a design idea in mind.

We provide our innovative software and graphic design skills that can help bring your idea to life.

Simply send your design brief along with a rough sketch of your artwork and any logos/ images you want to include to [email protected]; our designers will then closely analyse your requirements and provide a fast quotation.

We first begin by inspecting your images and logos to determine their suitability for printing. Should any issues arise where it becomes apparent that your logo or images are not of sufficient quality to undergo printing, then we can provide support by either re-drawing your logo or sourcing new images.

Once we have agreed on a quote, you can purchase a time allocation for your design.We also recommend ordering a printed hard copy proof of your final design. This is essentially a small-scale replica of your design. A hard copy is important because an A4-sized printed hard copy allows you to see a physical rendering of your design, allowing for any possible last-minute adjustments before a final product is produced.

Concept Graphic Design

Our concept graphic design service essentially entails delivering assistance from the very start of your design process.

This includes utilising our design experts for matters such as marketing ideas, copywriting, content, sourcing images and creating logos.

After discussing with a customer to gain a detailed understanding of their requirements, we can begin developing ideas and concepts to be created.

We provide several graphic design concepts, allowing you to choose your preferred design elements. These concepts can then be carefully refined until the desired result is achieved.
