With a weight of 22 kg and a diameter of 450mm, the concrete flag base is suitable for all portable flags up to 4.1 meters pole height in wind speeds of 13-18 mph (Beaufort Scale 4).
The base can be used on any flat ground surface and is a good option for those customers who require a heavy-duty base without the need to fill it with sand or water for ballast.
The flag base comes with a bearing rotator that allows the flag to turn according to the wind direction. The bearing diameter is designed for use with Feather and Teardrop flags in our range.
For convenient transportation, the base has two folding carry handles allowing it to be picked up and moved around. This flag base is designed only for use with flags originally supplied by Printdesigns Limited because the spigot is sized exactly to fit the diameter of our particular poles.
If you own a flag that you purchased from another supplier, our advice is always to source any support base from the same supplier who can provide a compatible support base. Although we are happy to fulfil orders for flag bases for customers who have not previously bought flags from us, our acceptance of the order is subject to the following conditions:
1. Our flag bases are for use only with flags supplied by Printdesigns Limited. They may not be suitable for use with flags from other suppliers.
2. If you want to return the product to us, the product must be new, unused and in its original packing.
3. You must arrange the return of the product yourself using a suitable, insured courier. We are unable to offer free collections.
4. There will be a re-stocking charge of 20% of the product value to cover our administration costs.
5. The cost that you paid for the original delivery will not be refunded.
