Correx board is an ideal material for the production of temporary signage. We offer correx board printing in a choice of standard A4, A3, A2, A1, A0 or custom sizes. Three thicknesses of correx are available (4mm, 6mm or 10mm) and we offer options for single/double sided printing and even contour cutting of the panel to a specific shape if you need it.
Fast Eco Friendly Correx Printing
Correx boards are printed with a digital UV process. The ink is applied to the surface of the correx board before being exposed to UV light that 'cures' the ink creating a printed surface that is waterproof and resistant to fading. We can print any number of colours including photographic content and there are no minimum order requirements or artwork set up costs.
What Is Correx?
Correx is a lightweight board made from polypropylene which is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications. Correx has many properties that make it ideal for use as a temporary signage material. It's economical, strong and also resistant to impact (shattering).
Correx is made with a fluted internal structure that provides a great deal of rigidity whilst minimising overall volume and weight. The stiffness of correx board makes it ideal for use as a temporary signage material and it's widely used for estate agent signage, construction boards and temporary event signage.
Correx Board Thicknesses
We offer correx board printing onto a choice of 4mm, 6mm or 10mm material. The thicker the sheet, the stronger and less flexible the correx is.
If you are buying smaller correx signs (around A3 size or smaller) then 4mm thickness is usually sufficient and panels of this size can be fastened to flat surfaces or attached to lamposts, stakes etc.
For larger panels, we recommend using 6mm or 10mm correx especially if the panel is being fastened onto a surface where it is not fully supported (for example if the panel is attached to a non solid surface such as a fence or railings).
If you want some help or advice as to the recommended thickness of correx board for your project then just get in touch and we will be happy to advise you.

Correx Board Contour Cutting
Correx boards are printed from large sheets of material that are cut-down after printing to the required size.
For 4mm board, our largest stocked sheet size is 1220mm x 2440mm. For 6mm and 10mm board, we have sheets available up to 1550mm x 3030mm
Printed correx boards can be cut with regular square corners or with a smooth corner radius at no addional cost.
Using our digital cutting equipment, we can also contour cut correx panels to any bespoke shape on request. Bespoke shapes can include cut-out holes or apertures in the board as well as a contour cut outer shape.
It's also possible for use to score and screse correx which can be useful for creating novel products such as bollard covers, pallet covers and free standing signs.
Delivery of printed Correx panels
We can deliver panels up to around 1M x 1.5M in size via regular overnight courier services. Larger panels or awkward sized panels may be too large or fragile to deliver in this way. If you require larger panels, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can verify that we can deliver within our standard charges. If it is not possible, we can provide a quotation based on a dedicated vehicle to the delivery address. You may also collect your order in person or via your own courier.
100% Recycleable
One of the greatest things about correx board is that unlike many other plastic sign materials, it is 100% recyclable. This is an important consideration if we are to minimise the impact of the materials we use on the environment.
Printed correx boards being made from polypropylene can be processed and converted into a granular form by most waste disposal providers. This granular form can then be reprocessed and turned into new products.
