Our custom-printed vinyl flooring is a versatile, cushion-backed material with a hard-wearing non-slip surface. Printed Vinyl Flooring is perfect for short-term events and promotions within retail spaces and shops and it also looks great at exhibitions and trade shows where it can be used to improve the aesthetic appearance of event spaces.
Safe Non-Slip Textured Surface
Custom printed vinyl flooring features a non-slip, textured coating on the face that meets EN13893 standards according to the UK slip resistance group.
The surface coating is resistant to scratches from pedestrian traffic and is recommended for short-term promotional use at exhibitions, events or within retail spaces. This type of printed vinyl flooring is not intended or durable enough for permanent installation.
Printed vinyl flooring is very easy to handle because it has a resilient lay-flat finish. It's fast and easy to roll out and install using double-sided carpet tape to stop the material from moving when in situ.
Soft Cushioned Backing
With a 2mm thick cushioned backing, printed vinyl flooring feels comfortable and spongy to walk on when compared to regular self-adhesive vinyl floor graphics.
The soft backing of the printed vinyl flooring also provides excellent acoustic properties that help to reduce noisy footsteps and generally dampen the echo within an interior space.
Unlike self-adhesive products, this bespoke printed flooring can be laid onto any hard, level surface including concrete, wood, carpet and laminated surfaces without causing damage.
We recommend the use of carpet tape to prevent the material from slipping when laid on the floor. Various types of carpet tape are available including removable products. You should test the compatibility and suitability of the carpet tape with your underlying floor surface before installation.
Cover Small Or Large Areas with Printed Vinyl Flooring
Printed cushioned flooring is printed from rolls up to 3.2 Metres wide.
As such, we can supply large floor graphics up to 3.2 Metres wide by almost continuous lengths up to 20M in one piece. As the material can be rolled without damage, even large graphics can be shipped and delivered by conventional courier services.
If you wish to cover larger floor areas, it is possible by printing multiple sections of material that can be laid side by side. If you want to fill a larger space with custom-printed vinyl flooring, we can split your file into sections and provide it in several pieces that can butt up.
We also offer contour cutting of this material on request and can create more interesting shapes such as roundels that look great as focal points in spaces such as retail outlets and exhibition stands.
State Of The Art Digital Printing
Maximum impact is guaranteed from your artwork with our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. Our process uses UV light to 'cure' the printed ink to the surface of the material to provide a tough and durable finish.
As ink is printed to the surface of this material, it will wear over time and for this reason, printed vinyl flooring is not designed for permanent installations.
The longevity of our printed flooring will depend on the amount and type of traffic. We recommend this product for pedestrian traffic use only and for short-term, promotional installations.
Applications include promotional flooring in retail spaces, temporary printed exhibition flooring, red carpet events, photo opportunities, and social events such as galas and balls.

Delivery Information
We can deliver parcels of up to 2450mm wide within our normal delivery costs. Any items exceeding this size will incur an additional charge of £60 ex VAT.
