The Digital A Board features a built in 7.1 Android based media player so there is no need for an externally connected device. With our free playlist editor software, you can have exact control over the content you display.
Updating content on this display is quick and easy. Simply copy your content onto a formatted USB stick, insert into the A Board and the content copies over. When the message displays to confirm the content has finished copying, remove the USB drive and the content will play automatically from the built-in media player that will use various transition effects to scroll through the images.
Should you wish to administer and update content remotely, it is possible by having the Digital Android Battery A-Board supplied with a network activation. This allows the screen to be connected to a network using a cable or via Wi-Fi. You can subscribe to the content management portal at www.mysignageportal.com and control the content being played on the display without the need to manually insert a USB drive. This is a useful feature for retailers who may wish to site multiple devices in various retail locations and have full control of the content being displayed. The Digital Android Battery A-Board can be wheeled around by folding the base and tilting it. For stability, the wheels can be locked when the A Board is located in the required position.
The casing has a durable white powder coated finish. The area underneath the screen can be personalised with printed decals at an additional cost if required. The Digital Android Battery A-Board is suitable for indoor use only. An outdoor-durable version of this product is also available.
The high brighness screen on this device is rated at 700cd/M2 and so is perfect for use in any indoor environment when competing with high levels of ambient light. The panel is covered with 6mm thick tempered glass thus making it durable enough for commercial use in most spaces. An ambient light sensor is built-in that will automatically adjust the display brightness according to the environment. By doing so, the display will maximise run time when being powered by the internal battery. The battery level can also be viewed at any time from the digital display on the reverse of the A Board.
The Digital Android Battery A-Board has a battery life of approximately 12 hours for all-day run time. It can be fully recharged overnight in 7 hours or can be left permanently connected to a mains supply. Integrated battery management prevents over-charging of the display.
Free playlist editor software can be downloaded and installed onto a PC which can allow you to have greater control over the sequence of images being played and also the delay time and transition effects between images.
