We offer 1 week rental at only £399 ex vat with lower cost rental options available for longer periods. Our free-standing digital posters are packed in bespoke flight cases for secure transportation and can be made available for collection from our offices. We can also arrange delivery and collection to and from most UK destinations at an additional cost. The Android Freestanding Digital Poster is also available to buy here.
Built-in Android Media Player
Our 55" Freestanding Digital Posters are available to hire, allowing you to incorporate to stunning digital display at your event without the need for a large investment in an outright purchase.
Our solution combines a high definition 55" screen and a built-in Android based media player into a single stand-alone package that is aesthetically-pleasing and requires no externally connected device.
Content can be uploaded to the screen quickly and easily with a USB flash drive and then played back immediately in a continuous loop.
High Definition Screen
Our freestanding display screens for hire feature a 1080p full HD panel with an ultra wide viewing angle.
The display is 450cd/m² brightness so it is clearly visible and vibrant even when used in brightly lit indoor environments.
The screen is features a tempered glass front, rounded corners, steel enclosure with super slim profile and aluminium surround.
Run The Display From An External Source
If you wish to run this display from an external device such as a connected PC or Media player it is possible. There is a locking compartment at the rear of the screen that is large enough to hold a compact/micro computer or media player. There are also HDMI, VGA and a 3.5mm audio inputs.
Please note that when using the screen via a 3rd party input device, any content must conform to the aspect ration/pixel dimensions for the screen at 1080 pixels wide x 1920 pixels high.
Wheeled Flight Case For Transport
Our Freestanding Digital Posters available for hire come supplied in a bespoke flight case with heavy duty castors so they can be moved to and from vehicles and buildings as safely and conveniently as possible.
You can collect screens from our offices at ST15 0SR or we can arrange for delivery and subsequent collection on request.
If you are arranging your own logistics then you will require a van and 2 persons for unloading as this product is large and weighs approximately 130KG when packed.

Media Content Creation
Our screens are capable of playing many common image and video formats. The resolution of any images should be 1080 pixels wide x 1920 pixels high.
You can copy separate images and video to the screen whereby the content will play automatically in a loop using a variety of transition effects between each piece of content.
If you want to control the play order, delay time and transition effects more precisely then you can download our windows based playlist editor software that will allow you to create a custom playlist, save it and then copy it to the screen.
You can also create a single piece of video content, upload to the screen and have it play in a continuous loop.
Support When You Need It
Our helpful team are always available to offer assistance and support so that the hire of your digital display is straight-forward and trouble-free.
If you need advice in terms of creating content for the display, we can help and our studio can create professional designs on your behalf.
If you are providing your own digital files, we are also happy for you to send them via email or ownload link prior to collection or delivery of the screen. We can pre-install the content that you provide, test it and have it ready for use on the screen prior to collection or delivery.
If you are providing files for us to install on the screen for you, we normally require them 3 working days prior to collection or delivery.
Availability Digital Display Hire Costs
Freestanding digital poster hire is normally arranged in blocks of 1 week. You can arrange collection on any weekday (Monday-Friday) and we expect the return of the display by close of business (5pm) on the same day of the following week.

We have limited stock of screens available for hire so please do contact us prior to placing an order so we can confirm availability for you.
Once hire has been booked, we will email you some paperwork to finalise the arrangements.
If you are not organising your own collection and return of the screen, please contact us for a delivery and collection cost based on the delivery/pick up address.
