This simple, cross-shaped base flag support is made from powder-coated steel and is suitable for small or medium-sized teardrop and feather flags. The spigot allows the flag to rotate.
The large cross base has small holes at the end of each leg that can be used with suitable tent pegs (not included) to anchor it into soft ground to provide additional stability outdoors.
The cross base can be used indoors and outdoors on tarmac, concrete and grass. If using the cross base outdoors we recommend using our optional water-weight bags with this support base to provide extra ballast in windier conditions.
When weighted with water bags, this support base is suitable for use in only light winds outdoors. For greater stability, a water or sand-weighted hollow plastic flag base is recommended.
The base is made out of powder-coated steel and comes with a 1-year guarantee.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU ORDER THIS PRODUCT
If you own a flag that you purchased from another supplier, our advice is always to source any support base from the same supplier who can provide a compatible support base. Although we are happy to fulfil orders for flag bases for customers who have not previously bought flags from us, our acceptance of the order is subject to the following conditions:
1. Our flag bases are for use only with flags supplied by Printdesigns Limited. They may not be suitable for use with flags from other suppliers. 2. If you want to return the product to us, the product must be new, unused and in its original packing. 3. You must arrange the return of the product yourself using a suitable, insured courier. We are unable to offer free collections. 4. There will be a re-stocking charge of 20% of the product value to cover our administration costs. 5. The cost that you paid for the original delivery will not be refunded.
