The 32L Large flag water base is the heaviest and most durable water or sand-fillable base option within our flag range. It's recommended for use with our large and extra-large teardrop and feather flags but can be used with smaller sizes for additional stability in windier outdoor conditions.
Hollow, Fillable Flag Support Base
The base is hollow and can be filled with up to 32 litres of sand or water to provide maximum stability and performance. This is substantial enough to support all sizes of portable flags in our range outdoors including large and extra-large sizes.
Extra Support In Higher Wind Speeds
Large 32L Flag bases can withstand wind speeds between 13MPH and 18MPH (Beaufort Scale 4) when used with our largest feather or teardrop flags.
For use with smaller flags, this heavy-duty support base provides maximum weighting for use in even stronger winds.
Water Or Sand Weightable
The 32L flag base features a stopper on the top allowing it to be filled with water or sand for ballast. Water provides 32kg of weighting whereas filling with sand provides 50 kg of weighting.
When using this support base in very cold or sub-zero temperatures, we recommend using sand for weighting to prevent freezing and expansion of the water that could cause damage.
Rotating Spigot
The 32L Premium Flag Water Base features a rotating spigot that the flag pole sits on. The spigot allows the flag to turn in the wind which aids the stability of the flag and helps to prevent the flag print from becoming wrapped around the pole.
Built In Carry Handles
The moulded base features two carry handles in order so it can be picked up and carried with the minimum of effort.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU ORDER THIS PRODUCT
If you own a flag that you purchased from another supplier, our advice is always to source any support base from the same supplier who can provide a compatible support base. Although we are happy to fulfil orders for flag bases for customers who have not previously bought flags from us, our acceptance of the order is subject to the following conditions:
1. Our flag bases are for use only with flags supplied by Printdesigns Limited. They may not be suitable for use with flags from other suppliers. 2. If you want to return the product to us, the product must be new, unused and in its original packing. 3. You must arrange the return of the product yourself using a suitable, insured courier. We are unable to offer free collections. 4. There will be a re-stocking charge of 20% of the product value to cover our administration costs. 5. The cost that you paid for the original delivery will not be refunded.
