Our personalised printed bunting is produced using a polyester flag material that provides several advantages when compared to paper or synthetic paper based products.
Fabric bunting is lighter when compared to paper or synthetic paper material that can feel stiff.
Printed fabric bunting is also very durable too. It is waterproof and can be used indoors or outdoors in all conditions. Fabric printed bunting can be folded for storage without causing permanent creasing to the printed pennants.
Our bunting material is printed onto one side using a 115gsm flag material. The printed image will show through to the reverse of the fabric as shown with around 90% opacity.
100% Recyclable Printed Bunting
Many suppliers make personalised printed bunting from mixed materials that the product difficult or sometimes impossible to recycle.
We also use a polyester material for the pennants and also the strong banding that they are sewn to. As our printed bunting is made solely from one type of material, it is easy to recycle along with other textiles making it more eco friendly when compared to products from mixed materials.
Printed bunting is produced using a dye sublimation printing process that uses no solvents (VOC's) that are environmentally harmfull.
Rectangular Or Triangular Shaped Pennants
Pennants are the small flags that are sewn to the cordage of the bunting and they can be cut to a standard triangular or a rectangular shape depending on your preference. Simply select which shape you prefer when placing your order.
Each printed bunting pennant measures 200mm wide x 300mm deep but we can quote for making almost any custom size and shape on request.
The 25mm banding that is sewn to the printed bunting can be provided in a choice of black or white colour as standard. We can also supply custom coloured banding for large orders (usually over 500M of bunting). Just get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Choice of Printed Bunting Lengths
Printed bunting is supplied in a choice of 5M or 10M lengths as standard (approx overall length). 5M lengths of printed bunting contain a total of 12 pennants whereas 10M lengths of bunting contain 24 pennants in total.
Each pennant is separated by a gap of 200mm which is equal to the width of the pennant itself.
At the end of each length of bunting, we leave approximately 500mm of cord so you can tie the bunting off.
If you want to supply more than one piece of artwork for your bunting, that's no problem. The pennants can be printed from multiple pieces of artwork and sewn onto the cordage in any particular order that you may require. Setting Artwork For Printed Bunting
You can download an artwork template for either a triangular shaped printed bunting pennant or a rectangular printed bunting pennant. Please set your artwork using the relevant template depending on the pennant shape you require.
If you want the pennants on your bunting to be printed from more than one piece of artwork, please supply multiple files with instructions if you have a reference as to the order the pennants will be sewn to the cord.
