Lightweight Glass Fibre Poles
Zoom+ Event Arches are simple structures that are lightweight and extremely portable. The pole is made from glass fibre sections that push-fit together. For convenience, the pole sections are connected with an elasticated bungee cord to keep them connected.
To assemble the arch, push the pole sections together and insert the pole through the black nylon pocket sewn to the edge of the flag. Then, slide the plastic collars to each end of the pole and tighten them in place using the thumb wheel.
The printed flag has D-rings attached to each end these are hooked onto the plastic collars at each end of the Zoom Event Arch pole using the supplied bungee cords.
Strong Flexible Design
The flexible, glass fibre poles of the Zoom+ Event Arch Flag allow the structure to bend and move in the wind so it is very durable and suitable for use outdoors in moderate wind conditions when suitably anchored.
Unlike some event arches that are heavy to transport, the Zoom+ event arch flag weighs only around 3 kg (excluding the support bases) and it packs into a small bag that you can carry by hand.
It can be set up in less than 5 minutes and packed away even more quickly.
Zoom+ Event Arch Dimensions
Zoom+ Event Arches are approximately 3 Metres from ground level to the top of the structure. The width is approximately 4 Metres overall.
As the poles are flexible, there is some potential to adjust the size slightly. For example, by bringing the sides of the arch closer together, you can adjust the shape, making the event arch taller. You could also move the support bases further apart to increase the width and reduce the height.
When the arch is set up as designed, there is plenty of room for one or more people to fit underneath the archway.
Choice Of Support Bases
To secure the Event Arch Flag to the ground, we offer a choice of support bases.
Spike bases provide the best stability and are recommended for use outdoors on soft ground areas.
If you want to use your event arch on areas of hard standing where spike bases cannot be used, we can offer a pair of hollow plastic bases that can be filled with either water or sand for ballast.
If you want flexibility for all situations, we offer the arch with both spike bases and hard bases too.
Quality Event Arch Printing
Event Arch Flags are printed using a 115gsm flag polyester fabric. The image is printed to one face of the fabric and shows through to the reverse side with around 90% opacity.
The open weave of our flag fabric allows wind to diffuse through the material making it suitable for use in wind speeds of up to 32km/h when suitably anchored.
After printing, the flag material is sewn with a black-coloured polyester belt to the top edge to create a pole pocket that the poles slide into.
All elements of printing and sewing are handled in-house at our UK-based factory. We offer standard production in 5 working days and can also offer express production in as little as 2 working days.
Compact Carry Bag Included
All pole sections, toggles, clips and the print are packed away into a small zip-up nylon carry bag.
The total weight of the pole and print when packed in the bag is approximately 3 kg.
Spike support bases or water-fillable support bases incur an additional weight and are supplied packed separately.
