Made from recyclable correx material, bollard covers are tough and durable for use outdoors whatever the weather. We offer three standard height options but can manufacture any custom size on request.

Our printed bollard covers offer a simple and effective method of advertising outside almost any kind of business.
Bollard covers can be used to advertise a promotion, service or offer and are extremely economical when compared to traditional free standing advertising boards.
800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm standard heights are available and we can also produce any custom size on request.
Bollard Cover Dimensions
Bollards differ in size but most have a diameter of around 170mm and a vary in height from between 750mm and 1200mm.
Our bollard covers are designed to be a universal fit as they can cover any cylindrical bollard with a diameter not exceeding 200mm.
Bollard covers can sit over the top of the bollard to completely cover the structure or you can choose a shorter height in which case the top of the bollard will protrude.
Although our bollard covers will fit most bollards, we do recommend you check the diameter of your system before ordering. If you need a custom size, just get in touch and we can help.
Digital Bollard Cover Printing
Bollard covers are printed using a digital UV printing process. This involves applying liquid ink to the material which is 'cured' with UV light. The ink we use is UV stable, waterproof and very durable for external use.
We can print any type of artwork content onto the bollard cover, from a simple design to full colour photographic content and there are no minimum order quantities or artwork set up charges.

Recyclable Print Material
We print bollard covers onto a 4mm thick correx material which is a recyclable corrugated sheet made from polycarbonate.
Correx is ideal for the production of bollard covers because it is very durable, waterproof, shatter resistant and can be used outside in very cold or warm temperatures.
Bollard covers are not specifically designed as permanent advertising displays but they can last for extended periods of time outside. When it's time to remove or replace the bollard cover, you can recycle the material responsibly.
Bollard Cover Assembly
Bollard covers are supplied flat packed and can be assembled in a matter of seconds. We pre-score our material on the inside so when the bollard cover is folded there are no unsightly 'raw' vertical edges where the corrugated sheet is exposed.
Just peel-off the self adhesive strip from the tab on one side of the flat sheet, fold the unit and stick it together to create the triangular shape.
Custom Sizes & Shapes
Our standard bollard covers have a triangular shape and are available in a choice of three height options but we can create almost any bespoke size and shape on request.
We can create square or round bollard covers and can customise them on request. For example, we can create a closed top rather than the top of the bollard cover being open or we can integrate a document pocket should you wish to apply posters to the bollard cover that can be changed from time to time.
