Vector LED wall mounted lightboxes combine modern edge lit LED technology with stunning digitally printed fabric graphics to provide a wall mounted illuminated light box solution with near frameless graphics.
With a frame depth of only 75mm, vector led lightboxes have a contemporary, modern appearance that is perfectly suited for both business and in-store retail locations.
SEG Fabric Graphics
Vector Wall Mounted LED Lightboxes are designed for use with fabric graphics that are printed onto a specialist backlit fabric enabling bright and even illumination.
The fabric is sewn with a silicone beading around the perimeter that is designed to push-fit into a small channel around the perimeter of the frame. These type of graphics are commonly referred to as SEG graphics (silicone edged graphics).
The fabric print is produced to an exact size so that it is pulled slightly under tension when fitted to the frame. This provides a smooth, flat surface.
UK Manufactured Quality Frame
The Vector LED Wall Mounted Light Box uses a stong 75mm deep aluminium profile. Frames are available in standard and custom sizes on request.
Assembly is easy requiring only a hex key to fasten the sides of the frame with the corner L brackets. The frame sections are also numbered for reference.
Vector LED wall mounted lightboxes can be securely mounted to almost any internal wall surface with appropriate screws and fixings (not supplied). Once the graphic is fitted to the frame, the screws and fixings are completely concealed.
Edge Illuminated LED Technology
The Vector Wall Mounted Lightbox is illuminated with a series of ultra bright LED's that are installed into two opposing sides of the frame.
The opposing strips of LED's produce a curtain of light that is trapped and refracted inside the frame providing bright, even illumination of the graphic surface from within.
In conjunction with our specialist backlit fabric prints, vector wall mounted lightboxes create high impact graphics in any indoor space.
Power Cable Port
Vector LED wall mounted lightboxes are supplied with a power transformer and 3-pin mains UK plug. The power transforer is compatible with any AC voltage between 110-240V making it suitable for worldwide use.
The supplied cable length is approximately 4 Metres and power is supplied to the frame via a small port. The position of the socket can be specified at time of order on request.
By arrangement lightboxes can also be provided with no external power socket for those customers who wish to channel their walls with cables to completely eliminate any visible wires.
In House Graphics Production
Graphics for Vector Wall Mounted Light Boxes are printed and sewn in house at our own factory in the UK. Our backlit fabric prints are DIN 4102-1 rated and compliant for use in all public spaces.
We well as offering backlit fabric prints for our own wall mounted lightbox displays, we can also produce them to suit display frames for other manufacturers too.
