Our heavy duty printed Pallet Covers are great for displaying very heavy or bulky products at exhibitions, events or in retail showrooms.
We developed this product in response to a demand for customers who wanted to utilise a conventional pallet and use it as a podium on which products could be displayed professionally.
Traditional pallet skirts only encompass the sides of a pallet but our heavy-duty printed pallet cover completely encases the sides and the top as well.
We print onto a 2mm thick di-bond composite aluminium sheet which is laminated with a scratch-resistant film. The sheet is router cut with grooves on the reverse to allow the sides of the sheet to be bent/folded to create a box designed to perfectly fit a standard Euro-size pallet (800mm x 1200mm) or a UK pallet size (1000mm x 1200mm).
The weight-bearing capacity of this pallet cover is really only limited by the strength of the pallet beneath it.
