100% Recyclable Printed Bunting
Many types of custom-printed bunting on the market are made from mixed materials, which can make them difficult, or even impossible, to recycle, contributing to unnecessary landfill waste.
At Printdesigns, we do things differently. Our printed bunting is made entirely from polyester, including both the pennants and the durable banding they’re sewn to. Using a single material makes recycling straightforward, helping you reduce your environmental impact.
We also use a dye-sublimation printing process that contains no harmful solvents (VOCs). This method not only delivers vivid, long-lasting prints but is also kinder to the environment.
Your Options: Rectangular Or Triangular Shaped Pennants
Pennants are the small flags that are sewn to the cordage of the bunting. At Printdesigns, we offer both triangular and rectangular pennants depending on your preference. Simply select which shape you prefer when placing your order.
As standard, each printed bunting pennant measures 200mm wide x 300mm deep. However, we can quote to produce custom shapes and sizes of printed bunting pennants on request:

Your Options: Choice of Printed Bunting Lengths
5m lengths: contain a total of 12 pennants.
10m lengths: contain a total of 24 pennants.
Each pennant is separated by a gap of 200mm, which is equal to the width of the pennant itself. We leave approximately 500mm of cord at the end of each bunting to ensure you have enough length to tie the bunting off.
The 25mm banding that is sewn to the printed bunting can be provided in a choice of black or white colour as standard. We can also supply custom coloured banding for large orders (usually over 500M of bunting or more). Just get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Setting Artwork For Printed Bunting
You can download an artwork template for either a triangular-shaped printed bunting pennant or a rectangular printed bunting pennant. Please set your artwork using the relevant template depending on the pennant shape you require.
If you want the pennants on your bunting to be printed from more than one piece of artwork, you can provide multiple files. We will need instructions from you to confirm the arrangement that the files are to be printed along the string of bunting.
There is a £2 plus VAT surcharge for each additional artwork design that you provide for printing which covers the additional time that it takes us to set up your artwork for printing.
You can supply up to 12 different artwork files for a 5m length of bunting or 24 different artwork files for a 10m length of bunting.
Our bunting material is printed onto one side using a 115gsm flag material. The printed image will show through to the reverse of the fabric as shown with around 90% opacity.

How long does printing take?
