Our personalised printed Deck Chairs are a superb addition for your outdoor event. They can be used for parties, get-togethers or to promote your brand or business at any fair or exhibition. We print and sew our deck chair covers in-house at our own factory in the UK which allows us to offer fast production with strict controls on quality and delivery times.
Custom Printed Deckchairs
Our deckchairs are printed at our UK-based factory. Using digital dye sublimation printing equipment, we can produce any design to order.
Our standard deck chair frames are manufactured from untreated FSC-certified Beech hardwood. The frame has a light, natural finish. The timber is machined smooth and is guaranteed to be free from knots or burrs.
There are no minimum order requirements so you can order a single personalised deckchair if you wish. We do offer lower prices for multiple quantities, however.
Adjustable Seat Angle
Our deckchair frames have a traditional folding frame design so they can be delivered flat-packed by courier. No tools are required for assembly.
Plastic locators on the deckchair frame allow the angle of the seat to be adjusted in a choice of three different positions.
The frame has been tested to a maximum of 130KG load-bearing capacity so it's suitable for most adults and children.
Removable Replaceable Printed Sling
The printed sling (seat cover) for the deckchair is removable and replaceable so you can clean or wash it if necessary
Our prints are sewn with a silicone edging strip on the top and bottom edge, just wrap the print around the frame and push the silicone bead to the channel on the deckchair frame to secure it in place.
We can supply additional printed slings separately in the future so you can change the artwork or branding on your deckchair at any time without incurring the cost of purchasing a new frame.
Tough And Durable Fabric Prints
Printed Deck Chairs are supplied complete with a bespoke printed seat cover that is digitally printed using a dye sublimation process onto durable, waterproof polyester fabric.
The edge of the fabric is sewn with a hem for neatness and to prevent fraying. We use either a black or white thread for the hem depending on your artwork content. If you have a specific preference as to the hem thread colour, please let us know.
The fabric is treated with a flame-retardant coating to comply with EU fire safety regulations.
Stainless Pivot Points
Our folding printed deckchairs feature stainless steel pivot bolts that are strong and durable.
When used for extended periods outdoors, the metal fittings will not rust and negatively impact the look of the printed deckchair.
Printed Deckchair Alternative Frame Colours
Our standard printed deckchair frames have a natural wood finish as shown here to the left, however, we can also supply treated deckchair frames in light oak, walnut and black.
There is an additional cost for treated deckchair frames and a minimum order quantity of 50 deckchairs applies.

Caring For Your Printed Deckchair
Our deckchair frames are made from hardwood that is durable for outdoor use but if you are leaving your personalised deckchair outside for extended periods, we recommend treating the frame from time to time with a wood preservative. You can use a decking oil or varnish. Please note that treating the timber will likely make the wood appear darker in colour.
The fabric used for personalised printed deckchairs is a specialist polyester rip-stop fabric designed for outdoor use. You can wash it at 30 degrees in a conventional machine with a low spin speed. Do not tumble dry (air dry only).
To maximise the lifespan of your personalised printed deckchair, consider storing it in a sheltered location during the winter months.
