Dispa Board is a recyclable card material from 3A Composites. Featuring a patented core made from embossed formed paper, Dispa Board is strong, rigid and lightweight making it ideally suited for hanging boards, point-of-sale retail display graphics and other indoor signage. Dispa Board can be printed onto one or both sides and can also be cut, creased and folded to make a wide variety of products.
Dispa Board Construction
Dispa Board is available in a choice of 2.4mm or 3.8mm thickness. 2.4mm Dispa Board is made from 3 layers of formed card material whereas 3.8mm board is made from 5 layers that provide extra rigidity and strength.
Dispa Board is made entirely from FSC®‑certified paper and it can be recycled at the end of life along with regular paper and cardboard.
Unlike cheaper fluted cardboard materials, Dispa Board has a front and back surface that is completely smooth and flat with a bright white finish, making it ideal for the production of high-quality indoor printed display graphics.
Dispa Board Printing
Dispa Board can be printed onto the front and reverse of the sheet in order to produce single or double-sided printed graphics. The board is printed with a UV digital process so prints are vibrant and resistant to fading.
The unique, patented fluted construction of the inner core of the Dispa Board is extremely rigid and the material will not suffer from curling which can be problematic with some types of engineered cardboard.
The maximum sheet size for Dispa Board Printing is 1524mm x 3048mm in both sheet thicknesses and we can provide printed boards in any custom size up to these maximum measurements.
Dispa Board Printing, Creasing & Folding
As well as a material for the production of basic printed display boards and panels, Dispa Board can also be used to create many types of interesting products.
We offer digital cutting and creasing of Dispa Board to create FSDUs (free-standing display units), desktop displays, retail displays and bespoke packaging

Delivery Of Printed Dispa Board Panels
We can deliver Dispa board panels of up to around 1M x 1M in size via regular overnight courier services with conventional packaging.
Larger panels or awkward-sized panels may be too large or fragile to deliver in this way so it's best to contact us prior to placing your order so we can check the practicality of packing your panels for safe courier delivery and that the order can be delivered within our standard charges.
If it is not possible to pack and deliver your order within our standard charges, we can provide a quotation or options based on other services. These could include a dedicated vehicle delivery or special packaging mitigation that will allow your panels to travel through the courier network safely.
Of course, you may also collect your order in person if you wish.
