To help combat the spread of infection, protective screens can be used as a method of providing effective physical separation and shielding between customers and staff in environments such as retail counters, reception desks and trade counters.
Our protective screen has been designed as a lightweight, cost-effective temporary solution that can be set up in just a couple of minutes. Our design features a flat front with 1mm thick polycarbonate transparent window and sloping sides that maximise separation by creating a wrap-around shape. It provides greater protection when compared to comparable screens without side panels.
The screen is designed to protect against transmission of the virus due to accidental sneezes and coughs. By combining the safety screen with other measures such as effective safety signage to encourage social distancing, organisations can implement an overall package of measures to mitigate risk.
The frame of the protective screen is made from Foamex board that can be printed with personalised branding. The window is made from a 1mm thick polycarbonate sheet for good optical transparency. Both the frame and window of the protective screen are easy to wipe clean in order to be kept safely hygienic and sanitised.
We produce the protective screen in two standard sizes:
Small: 700mm wide x 900mm high x 250mm deep
Large: 1100mm wide x 900mm high x 300mm deep
