Including a digital screen is a great way to add interest and draw attention to a traditional printed pop-up display stand. Our screen mount is specifically designed to work seamlessly with our magnetic pop-up display and provides a simple and convenient method of attaching a VESA-compatible screen to your stand.
Adding A Screen To Your Pop-Up Stand
Adding a flat-screen display to our magnetic pop-up display stand is simple with our mounting bracket. The bracket is designed to attach between any of the 'quads' that the frame is made from. Since most floor-standing pop-up stands are made from three vertical quads, this means that the bracket can be installed into the bottom, middle or top third of the display.
Once the bracket is installed into the display, the height of the VESA bracket can be adjusted up and down so you can tailor the position of the screen to be exactly as you require it to be.
In this example, on the left, the bracket has been installed into the top quadrant of the display with the adjustment height set to around 1550mm from floor level. This height level seems to work well for most customers.
How Does The Screen Mount For The Pop Up Stand Work
The pop-up stand screen bracket is designed to snap fit onto the metal tubing of the pop-up display frame. In this example, the bracket is shown attached in the middle 'quad' of the frame,
The bracket has a detatchable metal plate with a series of 'VESA' holes. These holes correspond to common patterns of mounting holes that are present on the rear most flat screens. The VESA mounting patterns on our bracket are 50x50, 75x75 and 100x100, so any screen that is equipped with these mounting holes will fit.
To install your screen, attach the VESA plate to the back of your TV. Then hang the graphic panels onto your stand. The graphic panel that the screen is to hang in front of will have a small aperture cut out of it, this allows the screen to attach to the bracket that is attached to the frame.
The finished result is the screen 'floats' in front of the graphic, the small hole in the graphic is covered by the screen which is larger than the hole.
Stabilising feet (shown above) are recommended if using your screen mount with straight shaped pop up stands
What Is The Largest Screen I Can Use With The Pop UP Display Stand Screen Mount
Magnetic pop-up displays are lightweight structures because they are designed to be portable and convenient to transport. This means that they are not designed to support heavy loads, Putting too much load on your display could cause it to be unstable and it could fall or collapse.
Our screen mount is intended for devices not exceeding 8kg which is around 32" in size. You should check the weight of your TV and also the VESA mount patterns on the TV to ensure that it is compatible.
Pop up stands come in straight or curved shapes. If you have a curved shape stand, you cannot use a screen that is larger than 32" even if the weight is low enough. This is because the curvature of the wall will prevent the screen from sitting close enought to the bracket to attach.
If you are using the mount with a straight shaped pop up stand, we recommend also ordering a set of stabilising feet for the display. This is because the 'footprint' of a straight frame is much shallower than that of a comparable curved frame.
What If The VESA Holes On My Screen Are Too Large For The Screen Mount For Pop Up Display Stand
If you have a TV that has VESA mount holes that are larger than 100x100mm (the largest mounting pattern available with our Screen Mount) then you can purchase an adapter. These are available videly online.
A VESA adapter plate looks like the attached and is attached to the original VESA mount plate that comes with the Screen Mount For Pop Up Display Stand. It gives you some larger VESA mount hole patterns that could be compatible with your screen. For example 200x200mm.
Please note that any screen that you use should not exceed 8kg which is the heaviest screen recommended for use with our Screen Mount For Pop Up Display Stand.

Designing Artwork For Use With A Screen Mount For Pop Up Display Stand
If you are using a Screen Mount For Pop Up Display Stand then one of the front-facing panels on your display will need to be cut with an aperture corresponding to where you want the screen to be attached to your frame.
We can supply the panel pre-cut with the aperture for you but you will need to confirm to us when supplying your artwork, which panel you would like the hole to be cut in.
As standard, we cut the panel so that the screen mount will be positioned on the top quad of the frame. The approximate height of the VESA plate is 1550mm from ground level. You can download a template that shows where the hole will be cut from the 'downloads' section on this product page.
If you want the hole to be cut into an alternative position, please just advise us when supplying your artwork.
